Loren Wildes

Founder and CEO

Loren Wildes, CEO and founder of Bar Harbor Web Design, has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry. After developing systems for the Consumer Banking division at Chase Manhattan Bank, Loren started L.W. Consulting, providing software solutions to the financial industry. Bar Harbor Web Design was created to provide websites and media solutions to the non-profit and business community.

Loren is a WordPress and Joomla expert with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University at Albany. In addition, she runs the official WordPress sponsored MeetUp group of Long Island. She has spoken on topics such as WooCommerce, Divi, Membership Platforms, the Yoast SEO plugin, and more. Loren also has taught a WordPress workshop at New York Institute of Technology. In addition, she was recently named Massapequa Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year.

Greg Wildes

COO

Greg is responsible for Bar Harbor Web Design’s business development efforts and the firm’s finances.

In managing the business development functions, Greg oversees new business generation, client relationship management, event assignments, and pipeline management. He has over 30 years of business development experience, starting his career at Bloomberg where he held various roles in BD and was also in charge of the firm’s recruiting efforts for its core desktop business. Some of his clients included Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Swiss Bank (now UBS), New York Life, as well as a number of large hedge funds.

Greg has a BA in Economics from Harvard University where he played varsity basketball. He’s been an active member and coach of the St. Rose of Lima of Massapequa CYO program as well as the Harvard Club of Long Island.
