Website Maintenance FAQ
Are page changes included in the plan?
Minor page changes are included. Web site maintenance does not include replacing nearly all the text from a page with new text, major page reconstruction, new pages, new links, guest books, discussion webs, navigation structure changes, attempted updates by Client, repairs, or Web Design Projects delivered to Client via internet and e-mail. Major changes will be performed at our hourly rate.
When are updates performed?
Bar Harbor Web Design monitors, reviews, and tests plugins, templates, and WordPress first to ensure compatibility. Security updates are performed immediately.
Why don't we use automatic updates?
Updates must be tested for compatibility with your theme, other plugins, and version of PHP. We cannot host websites that are not part of our maintenance plan.
